Exchange Policy :
Items available at www.jahanaracollections.com are handcrafted and each piece is created for you individually. The garment is made on order and hence we are constrained to have a policy of no exchanges or returns.

Exchange rate :
The US dollar price mentioned on the garments have to be calculated using the prevailing dollar exchange rate.

Validity of order & Advance payment :
The order shall be confirmed in 5 Business days and approx delivery time for handcrafted garments is 10 days to 8 weeks.Once the order is placed and payment for the goods made via any of the permitted options, the order remains valid and cannot be cancelled in the intervening period between the commissioning of the order and the delivery.

On certain high value items as Bridal Lehngas on our site which have a 8-12 weeks lead time of delivery we would accept 50% of the payment as advance and the balance can be paid 2 weeks before the goods shipped. Incase of a cancellation after the advance has been paid and the goods already been commissioned the advance will be forfeited. The advance amount is fixed after mutual discussion and is at the discretion of www.jahanaracollections.com
